All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be made at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on demand, weather, and other factors. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control. Delivery areas and fees are subject to change.
For pickup orders, please arrive during business hours. Orders not picked up within 2 hours of the scheduled time may be discarded, and no refund will be provided.
Catering orders require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
While we take care to accommodate dietary needs, our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of placement for a full refund. After food preparation has begun, refunds are issued at our discretion. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue.
All content on our website and materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and recipes, are the property of TU SABOR COLOMBIANO, LLC and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
TU SABOR COLOMBIANO, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
